1. Fail to receive an item?

When I request a return, will the shipping cost be refunded?

We will do our best to support your request. But sorry that the shipping fee is non-refundable.  If it is our responsibility to generate a return, the shipping fee might be refunded depending on the severity of the problem.   Please contact Customer Service within 30 calendar days (For custom wedding dresses, special occasion dresses and wigs within 7 calendar days) of receiving your order.  


2. Item that doesn't match the description

1)Lack of functions:

If you received a defective item, we recommend you to log into your account and open a dispute within 7 calendar days of delivery.

When submitting the ticket, please provide your order number, a description of the defected item and add a few pictures. Please make sure to submit a ticket before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you information for the return.

2)Colors not as described:

Definition: This refers to the case that the color of the item you have received is not as described as in the image and the product description. 

Please notice that there might be a slight color difference between the product picture on our website and the actual product due to different monitors settings. We are committed to presenting the true appearance of the product, including its color. 

But sometimes the color difference is inevitable. We are grateful if you can understand and accept the slight color difference. 

If there was a large color gap between the actual product and the color displayed on our website. You can return or exchange. Please take pictures of the product under natural daylight. Be noticed that not to take any pictures under nighttime lighting or under intense sunlight. These extreme conditions can cause unrealistic appear of the picture. 

With the pictures you can log into your account and open a dispute within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3)Sizes not as described:

Definition: the sizes of the item you have received do not match the product description. The sizes refer to the standard dimensions internationally recognized or the measurement units converted from the standard dimensions. As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements.

 A perfect-fitting dress starts with perfect measurements. Before ordering a made-to-order dress from Tbdress, we strongly encourage finding a professional local tailor who can help you measure accurately. 

If you are hesitant between two sizes, we recommend that you select a larger size. If it doesn't fit after your receiving the goods, we suggest that you consult the local tailor to modify, we will reimburse you for up to 10% of the product price as a compensation. 

For most custom wedding dresses and special occasion dresses: To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If you want to return or exchange your item, we recommend you to log into your account and open a dispute within 7 calendar days of delivery.

4)Mis-shipped products:

For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), or the material of the dress is not as same as what you demand.

5)Material does not match the description:

If the material of the dress is not the same as the product description, and you want a refund, please contact our customer service center at service@tbdress.com. The most important thing is to provide us enough evidence to prove it.


3. Order Cancellation

1)How to cancel an order that hasn't been paid?

If your payment of an order has not been made yet, you may cancel it by clicking "Cancel order" in your account at Tbdress.com. Please click below link:

2)How to cancel an order that has been paid?

For wedding dresses and special occasion dresses: 

· Custom size: 

Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund.

Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 60% refund of total amount. Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 40% refund of total amount. 

· Standard size 

Orders canceled within 24 hours since paid will get full refund. 

Orders canceled within 24-72 hours since paid will get 70% refund of total amount. 

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 50% refund of total amount. 


For clothes, shoes etc. Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.

4. Dispute:

1)How do I open a dispute?

If you are not satisfied with the package you received and want to open a dispute. Please follow the steps below: 

A) Sign in your account and go to "My Account" section. 

B) Click on the button of "Open a Dispute". 

On this page, write down the problem with your order, offering as many details as you can. Then the customer service staff will go back to you within 24(workdays)/48(weekends) hours.

Therefore, we suggest you to check your account information regularly.


2)Situations That We Do Not Handle Your Dispute

When opened a return or exchange case, the following main information provided timely (within 7 calendar days after receive your package) make the return and exchange process go faster: 

· Accurate order No. and your email account 

· Clear reasons for the return or exchange 

· High-quality images or videos help to explain the problem 

· Delivery information including shipping method and tracking number within one week after you get our confirmation of returning for your item. 

With the information above, the return process should be fast and flexible. On the contrary, if you do not provide sufficient information, we have the right to reject your request for return or exchange. Thank you for your understanding and we deeply appreciate your cooperation.


5. Return Policy :

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt( For wedding dresses and special occasion dresses within 7calendar days). Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition. Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

(1)Standard size

Time:

You can exchange your items within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Attention:

1.We do not accept return if you choose the wrong size or color, but we will try our best to help you to solve the problem.

Products with no quality-related issues can not be returned.

2.The round-trip Shipping fee is non-refundable.

3.Items received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, with tags intact and attached, and in original package.

(2)Custom-made size

Time:

Your custom product is made to order just for you and we do not accept returns. The exception is if the product was made incorrectly - You can return or exchange your items within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Attention:

Custom-made products are non-returnable / non-exchangeable. Unless we send the wrong item; the size error exceeded 1 inch  when compared with the size chart or your custom requirements; or the product is seriously damaged.

We apologize for any inconvenient to you caused by this.

Full and Partial Refunds(Applicable to the above categories)

1.Full Refunds:

We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for refund.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.


2. Partial Refunds:

We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.

If the item(s) is considered damaged, defiled, deformed, spilled perfume after receipt, or you return the item(s) without notify us, you can only get partial refunds.


3.Shipping Costs:

For unwanted items, the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.


Return Address

In order to make your return more convenient, we have different warehouses for receiving your package.


Tips:

*Customers in USA can return items to our Los Angeles center (only for orders in USA district, but Wedding Apparel & Special Occasion Dresses items not included), please ask customer service staff for detailed address.

*Customers in European Schengen Area can return items to our Poland center (only for orders in Schengen Area, but Wedding Apparel & Special Occasion Dresses items not included), please ask customer service staff for detailed address.

European Schengen Area:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Please do not send your package back to the address on your package. That is not an effective return address and will cause your package to be lost. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address. So please contact the customer service and they will spare no effort to help.
